❓What is the return policy?
Since our items are printed on demand just for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. Please refer to the sizing guide on each page for apparel items to assist you :).
However, if your item arrives damaged or with a printing issue, please reach out and we’ll make it right.
❓ Are your items true to size?
Most of our clothing uses relaxed or unisex fits. If you prefer a more fitted style, consider sizing down. We recommend checking the size chart on each product page to find your perfect match.
❓When will I get my order?
Orders are printed one by one, just for you. We work with two production partners based in Canada.
- Apparel: estimated delivery in 6–9 business days
- Stationery, tote bags & mugs: estimated delivery in 8–10 business days
You’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking once your order leaves the warehouse.

❓How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on the number of items in your order.
The first item ships for C$4.99, and each additional item adds C$1.00 to the shipping total.
For example, if you order 2 notebooks and 1 T-shirt, shipping will be C$6.99.
Orders over C$75 ship for free!
You’ll always see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
❓ What’s the deal with the playlist?
We love supporting independent musicians. Every month, we feature 5 artists in a curated playlist. Every order includes a QR code so you can discover fresh new sounds as you unwrap your item.
❓ Can I get featured as an artist?
Yes! If you’re a musician and want to be part of the Loud Note playlist or have your work featured, check out our Featured Musicians page to apply. Since we aim to give all artists a fair chance and recognize that music is subjective, artists are selected at random through a draw.
